LOT 1. Local culture

Support priorities for the LOT:

• Improving the ability of communities to generate competitive cultural products aimed at local development in the context of decentralization.
• Support of new local cultural products that promote the cultural heritage of the region and stimulate its tourist and educational potential, in particular, which are aimed at preserving, developing and promoting folk arts and crafts.
• Using new approaches and new technologies in regional initiatives combined with elements of local cultural heritage.
• Promoting local culture, cultural diversity and values of national minorities and their harmonious coexistence within the region

Total budget* of the LOT is UAH 10 million**

Minimum grant amount (it may not be reduced): UAH 200 thousand 

Maximum grant amount (it may not be increased): UAH 700 thousand

All sectors are supported within the LOT: 

• visual arts;
• audial arts;
• audiovisual arts;
• performing arts;
• cultural heritage;
• literature and publishing;
• cultural and creative industries.

* UCF reserves the right not to spend all funds provided for in this LOT.

**Please note that the LOT budget may change both upwards and downwards, after the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approves the Law of Ukraine On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2022.
