LOT 2. Small capital of culture
Cultural capital of Ukraine LOT 2
“Small capital of culture” LOT stimulates the sense of belonging of one community members to their common cultural space and develops cultural tourism in Ukraine. Small capital of culture is an honourable annual status awarded to a territorial community with a population of less than 100,000 and with the capacity to implement an annual programme of cultural and artistic projects (portfolio of initiatives).
Total budget of the LOT is UAH 15 million
The applicants of the «Small capital of culture» LOT may be local authorities.

Only individual types of projects are supported under «Small capital of culture» competitive program.
Submission of application packages on-line only: 01.11.2019 – 15.01.2020
Project implementation: from the date of signing the Grant Agreement, but no earlier than 1.05.2020 – 30.11.2020
Final reporting: till 30.11.2020
