The purpose of the study is to collect information about the readiness and capabilities of
representatives of the sphere of culture and creative industries to work for the victory and
reconstruction of Ukraine and to determine the importance of the expert environment and its
influence on the implementation of cultural projects.
The survey was conducted from June 22 to July 4 of this year using the method of electronic
questionnaires of selected specialists in the field of culture and creative industries who had
previously been or were currently experts of the expert councils of the Ukrainian Cultural
Foundation. In particular, the respondents were experts of the 2018-2022 Expert Councils. The
questionnaire was sent to 1009 e-mail addresses.
