Required documents for submission of the application package

• project application (electronic form to be filled in at the UCF website);
• Annex 1 to the project application “Work plan and project deadlines” (PDF document);
• Annex 2.1 to the project application “Portfolio of creative team” (PDF document);
• Annex 2.2 to the project application “Co-production agreement with TV channel” or “Preliminary agreement on co-production with TV channel” or “Letter of interest” (PDF document)
• Annex 2.3 to the project application “TV product description (script, synopsis etc.)” (PDF document)
• full (extended) excerpt from the USR with up-to-date information at the time of application submission (PDF document).

Individual project is a cultural and artistic project implemented with the initiative and participation of one applicant. According to the Foundation's rules, co-financing for individual projects is optional, and therefore the grant amount can be 100% of the project budget. This type of project is open to applications by individual entrepreneurs.
