LOT 1: Restoration of cultural and artistic activities (cultural and artistic projects)

Instructions for applicants LOT

The LOT "Restoration of cultural and artistic activities (cultural and artistic projects)" supports all sectors of culture and arts:

• audiovisual art
• visual art
• audiovisual art;
• performing and stage arts;
• cultural heritage;
• Literature;
• cultural and creative industries.

The total budget of the LOT* is UAH 35 million.

Minimum grant amount (cannot be reduced): UAH 400 thousand. 

Maximum grant amount (cannot be increased): UAH 1 million. 

Priorities of LOT 1 "Restoration of cultural and artistic activities (cultural and artistic projects)": 

• Support for cultural and artistic projects that results is the creation of a cultural and artistic product.
• Support for cultural and artistic projects aimed at addressing the war waged by Russia against Ukraine, in particular the issues of Ukrainians affected by the war, including children, internally displaced persons, the volunteer movement dedicated to the memorialization of the heroic struggle of the Ukrainian people, and the prospects for post-war reflection and reformatting of cultural narratives and meanings of Ukrainian society.
• Support for cultural and artistic projects that help strengthen the morale of Ukrainians and unite the international community against Russian military and cultural expansion; 
• Supporting projects that promote the values of a democratic civilized world (tolerance, mutual respect, inclusiveness, combating discrimination and segregation in all its manifestations, etc.)

* The UCF has the right not to spend all the funds provided by this LOT. Please note that the budget of the LOT may change both in the direction of increase and decrease in case of amendments to the relevant regulations.
