Sharing Contacts — Sharing Knowledge is a platform for building cooperation and creating joint projects by Ukrainian and Polish cultural organizations. This project is being implemented within the framework of OPEN POLAND Programme launched by Adam Mickiewicz Institute in cooperation with the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation and the Creative Europe Desk Ukraine.
Its target audience includes cultural organizations wishing to improve their activities in the international arena or planning on cooperation with representatives of Polish cultural industries.
The project aims to establish cooperation or enhance the existing ties between cultural institutions and organizations from Poland and Ukraine by organizing a study visit for representatives of Polish organizations to Kyiv in autumn 2018. The project also aims to discuss initiatives relating to preservation of common cultural heritage, know-how exchange, development of joint long-term strategies in the field of culture etc.
In the long run, Sharing Contacts — Sharing Knowledge will allow expanding the audience of lovers of the Ukrainian culture in Poland and of Polish culture in Ukraine as well as facilitating the implementation of joint Ukrainian and Polish art projects.
