UCF has made changes to the application conditions for the program "Culture in Times of Crisis: Institutional Support"

Due to numerous messages from cultural institutions and communities, regarding changes in the conditions and deadlines for submitting applications for the competition program "Culture in Times of Crisis: Institutional Support", the Foundation approved the following:

• acceptance of application packages was extended until August 28, 2020;
• the total budget of the program has increased to UAH 580.9 million (for  "Visual Arts" and "Cultural and Creative Industries" LOTs)
• it is allowed to apply for the program "Culture in Times of Crisis: Institutional Support" to grantees in 2020, who received only one grant from the UCF;
• the terms of some stages of competitive selection in the program calendar, submitted in the "Instructions for the applicant" of each LOT of the program have been changed;
• the list of types and kinds of expenses available for support is changed;
• the requirements for applicants of the program "Culture in Times of Crisis: Institutional Support" have been simplified, in particular, the amount of taxes paid by tourism entities has been reduced from UAH 500,000 to at least UAH 200,000 for the last reporting year; the number of full-time employees was reduced from 5 to "at least 3 people".

We emphasize that within the program "Culture in Times of Crisis: Institutional Support" there is an opportunity to receive a grant of institutional support for:

• covering the costs of operational and core activities of organizations by the end of 2020,
• coverage of accounts payable incurred from March 12, 2020 during the period of restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus disease to pay financial obligations in accordance with the budget items determined by the Foundation.
