3,739 project applications with a total value of over UAH 4 billion under 13 competitive programs in 2021. We expect the implementation of 440 projects and 47 scholarships with a total budget of UAH 490 million. It’s the largest number of projects in all 4 years of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation’s activity!

The projects within the additional competition under the LOT Prominent Events in Ukrainian history of the Prominent Events competition program are pending the expert assessment completion and negotiation procedures.Technical selection is ongoing, and the expert assessment of the projects of the Film Project Development Program gets underway. Culture + (Culture Plus) and Cultural Capitals projects are pending negotiation procedures.

Meanwhile, the UCF team will traditionally dedicate July–August to the development and improvement of the existing branch of legal documentation, so that every year, more and more high-quality projects could get their chance to be implemented in the cultural space of Ukraine and the world.
