International Cooperation Project


This call supports international cooperation projects only: 

International Cooperation Project – a project within the cultural, artistic, or creative sectors implemented in Ukraine and/or abroad in partnership with legal entities of any ownership form (enterprises, institutions, and organisations). The main applicant must be a resident of Ukraine, and at least one partner must be a non-resident. Only organisations registered in European Union member states are eligible to participate as partners.

Required Documents

  1. Project Proposal Form (submitted electronically). 
  2. Project Work Plan (Excel template).
  3. Budget (Excel template, detailed instructions for filling it out are provided in one of the tabs of the downloaded file).
  4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Physical Persons-Entrepreneurs, and Public Formations for the main applicant. The PDF document must contain a full set of data and be issued no earlier than the launch date of the respective call and no later than the final application deadline. The extract can be ordered at an Administrative Services Centre (CNAP) or via the Ministry of Justice website (fee applies; an electronic digital signature is required).
  5. Note regarding martial law: Please be advised that during martial law and for one month following its termination or cancellation, access to and issuance of the Register data are subject to specific regulations established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 209 dated 6 March 2022. Given these restrictions, we strongly recommend obtaining your Extract well in advance.
  6. For the EU Partner: Mandatory documents confirming the registration of the non-resident partner organisation:
  • A scanned copy of the original registration certificate (or extract from the commercial register) in accordance with the laws of their country of registration, accompanied by a duly certified Ukrainian translation (PDF format). Documents originally issued in English do not require translation. These files must be uploaded to the "International Partner Documents" slot.
  • Letter(s) of Intent or Memorandum of Intent: A scanned copy of the original document (PDF format) must be uploaded to the "Letters of Intent" slot. Templates for the letter/memorandum of intent are provided at the end of the Guidelines (Section XVIII. TEMPLATES).
