Сценарій фільму про суд над найманцями, які брали участь у розстрілах Небесної сотні. Під час слухання підсудні вириваються з-під варти і захоплюють заручників. До операції залучають підрозділ КОРД під керівництвом легендарного командира І. Сірка. Для КОРДа ця операція — виклик, можливість відплати за загиблих героїв Небесної сотні. Розробивши план звільнення заручників і знищення злочинців, загін починає діяти.
