The new stage of the Creative Accelerator program launched by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation in partnership with the British Council in Ukraine has started.
For three days, the participants – UCF 2020 grantees – will study according to the Creative Enterprise Programme methodology, developed by the British Council in cooperation with the British Innovation Agency Nesta, and upon successful completion of training, will receive certificates.
We recall that the previous stage of the programme – mentoring sessions to study the project commercial potential – was provided by the SME.DO Small and Medium Enterprise Development Office.
«The purpose of our Creative Accelerator Program is to promote the sustainability and scaling of the UCF-supported projects, paving the way for a full-fledged business model of a cultural project», stressed Daryna Zhyvohliadova, Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
The British Council has been a partner of the Creative Accelerator Program for the second year in a row.
«We hope that the Creative Enterprise Programme methodology-based training from the British innovation agency Nesta will help the UCF grantees explore their projects in terms of possible business models, clients, and development potential», said Anna Karnaukh, Creative Economy Programme Manager at the British Council in Ukraine.
