The Ministry of Culture and Informational Policy of Ukraine announces the start of online rating voting on the election of the relevant part of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation
According to Art. 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation" the Ministry of Culture and Informational Policy of Ukraine is tasked to elect to the Supervisory Board of the Foundation representatives of cultural institutions and public associations by conducting online rating vote in the manner prescribed by the Law and Regulations on the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
The Ministry of Culture and Informational Policy of Ukraine announces the start of online rating vote on the election of the relevant part of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation on the website from 11.00 on November 26, 2020 to 11.00 on December 10, 2020.
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation" in voting on the election to the Supervisory Board of the Foundation representatives of cultural institutions, cultural institutions, regardless of forms of ownership, registered in the prescribed manner and operating in Ukraine have the right to participate.
Representatives of public associations, which are duly registered and operate in Ukraine, have the right to participate in the voting on the election to the Supervisory Board of the Foundation of representatives of public associations.
Please note that persons authorized to vote from cultural institutions have the right to vote for two candidates delegated from cultural institutions.
Persons authorized to vote from public associations have the right to vote for two candidates delegated from public associations.
Two candidates from cultural institutions who received the largest number of votes are considered elected to the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
Two candidates from public associations who received the largest number of votes are considered to be members of the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
In case of gaining the same number of votes by several candidates, a draw will be held in accordance with the Drawing Procedure for for inclusion in the Supervisory Board of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation of candidates from cultural institutions, public associations in the field of culture, approved by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine from July 12, 2017 № 646, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 3, 2017 at № 950/30818.
Based on the results of the online rating voting, the rating of candidates will be published on the official ICIP website, indicating the number of votes cast for each candidate.
