The schedule of competitive selection of the Culture Plus program has been changed

On January 15, 2020, the submission period ended for the  “contest of ideas” stage of the Culture Plus program. A total of 907 questionnaires were received for three LOTs of the program. Due to the large number of applications, the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation decided to change the schedule of competitive selection of the program to the following:

18.01.2021 - 08.02.2021 - selection of participants for the educational program within the program "Culture Plus"

15.02.2021 - 15.03.2021 - educational part

15.03.2021 - 19.04.2021 - submission of full application packages only in electronic form for the UCF competition

20.04.2021 - publication of the register of received application packages

20.04.2021 - 28.04.2021 - selection of projects for compliance with technical criteria

to 28.04.2021 - notification in the personal online account of the applicant about the status of the application after technical selection

to 28.04.2021 - publication of the register of projects based on the results of project selection for compliance with technical criteria

20.04.2021 - 21.05.2021 - project evaluation by UCF Expert council

to 26.05.2021 - message in the personal online account of the applicant with the results of expert evaluation

to 27.05.2021 - publication of the rating register of all projects after expert evaluation

27.05.2021 - 21.06.2021 - approval of decisions of expert councils by the UCF Supervisory Board (by conducting negotiation procedures)

to 01.07.2021 - signing of Grant Agreements and publication of the register of winning projects

from the date of signing the Grant Agreement by the Fund, but not earlier than July 1, 2021 - until January 20, 2022 - implementation of projects, including reporting.
