Due to the open full-scale invasion of russia on the territory of Ukraine and the daily shelling of the civilian population, the priority for the state is to finance the defense sector. After conducting a series of consultations with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, as well as discussing with public it during round tables held in the summer, in the absence of state funding, we have the following situation:

  1. Grant programs that have finished expert evaluation before the start of a full-scale russian invasion will be extended to 2023. This applies to the programs "Culture without barriers", "Audiovisual art" (LOTs 1-3), "Grand event" (LOT 1). We will start the negotiation procedures in accordance with the published rating registers in 2023, in the case of the availability of state funding.
  2. Grant programs for which expert evaluation has not been conducted, and applications for which have not been accepted, will be considered to have not taken place. This applies to the "D.O.R.S" programs (LOTs 1-4), "Grand event" (LOT 2), "Audiovisual art" (LOTs 4-5), "Cultural heritage", "Innovative cultural product", "Culture. Regions", "Cultural capitals of Ukraine". At the same time, applicants of these programs have the right to apply again with  their projects for the 2023 grant season, in the case of the availability of state funding.
  3. Unpredictable LOT 5 "Scholarship for the restoration of cultural activity" of the program "D.O.R.S." fully funded. The implementation of the projects continues, the reporting stage will begin soon.

Let's keep calm and support the Ukrainian Army! Ukraine will win!
