Проєкт спрямовано на формування культурної політики сприяння розвитку сфери культурних та креативних індустрій новостворених громад Одещини на основі аналізу сфери ККІ з урахуванням найкращих практик. В рамках проєкту здійснено мапування, оцінку наявних ресурсів ККІ, надання рекомендацій з їх розвитку а також розроблено концепцію створення креативних просторів у громадах в рамках Плану реалізації Стратегії розвитку Одещини 2021-2027 рр.
