Фестиваль українського короткометражного кіно, який охопив 100 регіональних та закордоних майданчиків. Конкурс відбувався за секціями: ігрові, документальні, анімаційні, позаконкурсні та ретроспективні фільми. Фестиваль підтримав нові ідеї вітчизняних кінематографістів, а також сприяв розвитку молодих митців, які планують працювати у сфері кіно.
